Whenever either Windows crashes, you will be asked if you want to send an error report to Microsoft. It's annoying, so here's a way to disable it:
1. Open the Control Panel.
2. Click on System.
3. Click on the Advanced tab.
4. Click on ERROR REPORTING at the bottom.
5. Select DISABLE ERROR REPORTING.
6. Click OK.
It's as easy as that.
